Ek9 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the ek9 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any ek9 services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the ek9 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ek9 platform.
To use ek9's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority under the laws of your state of residence, whichever is higher.
- Must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gambling platforms.
- Register as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
Ek9 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user suspected of not meeting the eligibility requirements above.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ek9 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Registration Details
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure, as well as rejection of withdrawal requests.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. ek9 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All ek9 users are required to comply with the platform's rules of use. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without refund:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access or interact with the ek9 platform outside of normal usage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, hacking, or system manipulation.
- Sharing your account with other users or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — any bugs discovered must be reported to ek9 immediately.
- Violating any laws or regulations in force in Malaysia or in your jurisdiction of residence.
Ek9 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action at the platform's absolute discretion.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the ek9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ek9 supports local payment methods including FPX and Boost e-wallet. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid and registered in your own name.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to ek9's current policy, which may change from time to time. For the latest information on transaction limits, please refer to FAQ page.
Identity Verification
Ek9 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid Malaysian identity card or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal request.
Declined Transactions
Ek9 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, ek9 may cooperate with the relevant authorities as required by law.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Ek9 Liability Limits
Ek9 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activity on this platform. This platform is provided "as is" and ek9 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors. In no event shall ek9's total liability to any user exceed the amount of that user's account balance at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ek9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed for valid reasons, any remaining account balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ek9 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of ek9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ek9.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Information
Changes to These Terms
Ek9 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the ek9 website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Third-Party Links
The ek9 platform may contain references to third-party services or information. ek9 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by ek9.
